Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare month-end financial reports and trial balances
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Update QuickBooks software with daily transactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Night shift availability (PM - AM schedule)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
