Responsibilities
- Accurately process daily transactions and maintain general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records with precision
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to stakeholders
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift availability
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
