- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions during night shift hours
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts with precision
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with day-time finance teams for cross-functional alignment
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with GAAP and Oklahoma tax regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) a plus
