Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process payroll and manage vendor payments during off-peak hours
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for daily executive reviews
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and NY state financial regulations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel tools for data analysis

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Deep understanding of NY tax regulations and compliance
