Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Process payroll and tax filings with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with day-time finance team on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent designation a plus
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-state accounting operations
