Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple client accounts
- Prepare month-end closing reports with detailed variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Generate financial statements using QuickBooks Online
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles to optimize cash flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy in reconciliations
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
