Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Generate financial reports and statements for executive review
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Communicate with auditors and external stakeholders as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional document retrieval)
