Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and financial reporting during overnight shifts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Process payroll and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical reporting cycles
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- CPA certification or equivalent accounting designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions (international exposure beneficial)
