Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial reports and statements for client review
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Utilize QuickBooks software for data entry and reporting
- Communicate with clients regarding financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
