Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shift hours
- Process payroll, tax filings, and vendor payments with 100% accuracy
- Generate monthly financial statements and operational reports
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with night shift or remote financial roles
- Knowledge of Washington state tax regulations
