Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable within tight deadlines
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing for multiple clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
- Provide after-hours support for urgent financial queries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) preferred
