Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze budget variances
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and payment processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- CPA certification or equivalent accounting credentials a plus
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
