Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and balance general ledger accounts
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing for client portfolios
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks cloud systems
- Prepare sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping with night shift exposure
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification
- Expertise in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Knowledge of GAAP and Minnesota tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
