Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation for multi-location accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable during overnight operations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries using QuickBooks Online
- Support month-end closing procedures with zero-tolerance errors
- Collaborate with day-shift team on financial data handovers
- Implement internal controls for overnight transaction security
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
