Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts and process payroll with 100% accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Coordinate with auditors during night-shift compliance reviews
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict data security protocols
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Train junior staff on financial software workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proven night shift availability and reliability
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
