Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during shift hours
- Generate daily financial reports and variance analyses
- Support month-end closing procedures during night shifts
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Collaborate with day-time team for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with night shift or after-hours scheduling preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
