- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for 15+ client accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain organized digital financial records in QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance preferred
- CPA certification or equivalent strongly desired
