Seeking a meticulous Night Shift Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary ledgers monthly
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for client review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and aging reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
