Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct nightly bank reconciliations and credit card audits to ensure data integrity.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are posted correctly and on time.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and operational reports.
- Assist with payroll processing for the night operations team.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records for audit readiness.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues independently.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Clerk.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 2:30 AM EST).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
