Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Generate month-end financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing for 50+ employees using ADP
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with zero errors
- Advanced knowledge of sales tax compliance in Texas
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
