Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements nightly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variance trends
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit requirements
- Collaborate with day-team finance professionals during handover periods
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and KY tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
