Responsibilities
- Accurately process accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts daily
- Maintain and update general ledger entries with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Support month-end closing procedures during night shift
- Manage vendor invoicing and payment processing workflows
- Collaborate with auditors during night-time documentation reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines during night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) desirable
