Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and process high-volume transactions nightly
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain digital ledgers using QuickBooks Online
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (Advanced)
- AAS in Accounting or relevant certification
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Oregon tax regulations
