Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries nightly
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with zero-error tolerance
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven track record of reconciling complex accounts
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Available to work Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6 AM
- Knowledge of Oklahoma tax regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) a plus
