Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts nightly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during overnight shifts
- Generate monthly financial reports and statements
- Utilize QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software for data entry
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPB) preferred
