Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision and timeliness
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions nightly
- Generate and analyze monthly financial statements for client review
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with senior accountants on complex financial matters
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
