- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable during overnight hours
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with tax preparation and regulatory compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day-team accountants to ensure seamless financial operations
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

- Available to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
