Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries during night shift hours
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and tax documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced accounting software for data entry
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Collaborate with day-shift finance team for operational continuity
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Night shift availability and reliability
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
