Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during night shift hours
- Prepare financial statements and payroll documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
