- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analyses
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
- Implement process improvements for night-shift efficiency
- Support multi-currency transactions for international clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA knowledge a plus)
- Proven night shift or flexible schedule adaptability
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Experience with multi-entity accounting structures
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
