Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for efficient record-keeping
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
