Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and monthly reconciliations for diverse client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Generate comprehensive financial reports including profit/loss statements and balance sheets
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for all financial documentation
- Collaborate with tax preparers during quarterly and annual reporting cycles
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for real-time transaction processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
