- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Process payroll and tax filings with strict compliance deadlines
- Generate financial statements and variance analysis for leadership
- Manage month-end closing procedures and audit documentation
- Implement QuickBooks optimization and process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain digital filing systems with SOX compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Advanced QuickBooks and Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- CPA or QuickBooks certification highly preferred
- Proven ability to meet strict financial deadlines
