Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue checks, ACH payments, and electronic transfers.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage vendor inquiries and maintain a positive vendor relationship.
- Utilize accounting software to update records and generate reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting principles.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
