Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices with precision and timeliness
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations
- Optimize AP processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Experience with remote work protocols
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
