Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for payment accuracy and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records in ERP systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Collaborate with accounting team to optimize AP workflows
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Night shift availability and reliable transportation
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
