Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions
- Manage vendor invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit trails
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
