- Process and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders
- Execute electronic payments via ACH and wire transfers

- Maintain accurate AP ledger in SAP system
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Optimize payment workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 3+ years AP experience in corporate finance
- SAP/Oracle proficiency required
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP
- CPA/CMA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
