Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within nightly SLAs
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage electronic payments and ACH transfers for 500+ vendors
- Perform month-end closing procedures during night shift hours
- Collaborate with AP team to optimize workflow automation
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Maintain accurate records in Oracle ERP system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- AP certification (CAPP/CERP) strongly preferred
