- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
- Manage electronic invoice routing through ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with international vendors across multiple time zones
- Support month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for errors
- Implement process improvements to enhance night shift efficiency
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal controls protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proven night shift or remote finance operations background
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
