Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions nightly with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Coordinate with international vendors across multiple time zones
- Implement process improvements to optimize payment workflows
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contract terms
- Generate monthly AP performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
