Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements with precision.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and general ledger entries.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for all financial documents and records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve outstanding accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
