As a Night Shift Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and maintaining the integrity of our accounting systems during off-hours. You will work closely with the senior accounting team to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and support the monthly close process.

Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close procedures, including variance analysis.
- Perform routine audits of financial documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for management review.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate digital records and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
