Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for night audit review.
- Process payroll entries and ensure timely disbursement.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in internal audits and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
