Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing for overnight transactions
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit trails and financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) highly desirable
