We are committed to excellence in financial reporting and are currently seeking a professional who can handle the pressures of a night shift while maintaining 100% accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, verify discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Month-End Close: Assist in the closing of monthly books, including adjusting entries and financial reporting.
- General Ledger Support: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all accounting processes adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience; night shift experience is a plus.
- Software: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
