We are looking for a self-starter who can maintain the integrity of our financial data while enjoying the quieter pace of the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare financial reports and month-end close packages for leadership review.
- Assist in audit preparation and respond to internal/external inquiries.
- Process payroll and manage expense reports for the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
