- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles for high-volume transactions
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support tax preparation and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Expertise in month-end closes and reconciliations
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX regulations
