- Process month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrections
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports
- Coordinate with AP/AR teams to resolve outstanding issues
- Assist in audit preparations and documentation
- Monitor cash flow and prepare variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Strong GAAP/IFRS compliance knowledge
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
