Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accurate financial data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors promptly.
- Process payroll for new hires and update employee records.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records.
- Assist the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures.
- Support general accounting operations and financial reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn accounting software and principles.
- No prior accounting experience is necessary for this role.
